While I love Helium Mobiles service, it hasn’t been spotty it’s actually been rather consistent and reliable when needing to use the internet. However when making calls the person 4/10 times can’t hear me, the connection is so poor it just drops, or the line just goes dead and you can’t hear anything. I also CANT STAND having to have my Apple Watch with Verizon because Helium doesn’t offer Apple Watch services yet so I have to have my Apple Watch with Verizon which means I’m split between two carriers which is super annoying. AND, the Apple Watch won’t even let me use all the features because you need a phone ON THE SAME CARRIER to have the Apple Watch be fully active otherwise it provides limited functionality for a “user without a phone”. PLEASE HELIUM, ALLOW APPLE WATCHES!!! That alone has made me consider switching back to one of the bigger carriers… but everytime I fill out the cart and see the pricing per month vs what Helium is offering, no joke it’s literally almost 10x less expensive than the major carriers so I can’t justify it. Which is a great thing! Means helium Mobile is providing EXCEPTIONAL value that is retaining this customer solely on the basis of not getting price gouged. Still, please for the love of all things holy allow Apple Watches to be connected to the helium network.

Great service, but no RCS messaging

I signed up as a beta tester back in 2023. I started with their data only plan offered at the time to test the service before I decided to ditch my carrier and port my ph# over to Helium. After about 2 months, I was convinced and made the full switch and I’m so glad I did. You can’t beat the price for unlimited, and I have great service in my region. I’ve also earned a good amount of Mobile tokens (and continue to as I help map the network). New features have steadily been added and I feel like this network will be a big player in the business sooner than later. The one feature I am waiting for is RCS messaging. It’s a small annoyance considering that Helium runs on T-Mobile’s network and they have RCS messaging on iPhones. Please turn this feature on!

If you need an affordable phone plan for $20 get this NOW!

I been seeing phone plans prices lately and them prices be around $40 - $140. I can say when I ran into this company this is the best affordable phone plan you will ever get. And the best part about this they are under the T Mobile network. T Mobile have been improving their services and towers especially for 5G. I love how they keep this under 1 plan only for $20, you can’t beat that at all. And you do get unlimited talk & text and data. The only down fall I have is when you go over 30GB of data your connection to the internet will slow down. So if you have home internet or around a area with WI-FI your good. It is eSIM compatible and you can request a SIM card for free which also come with free shipping. Other than that this is the best plan you will ever get and I hope this stay like this for future reference.
